Some Hanukkah Latkes for You

 Yukon Gold Potato Latkes1½ pounds onions, peeled and quartered3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered2 large eggs, beaten¼ c. flour3 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley2¼ tsp. salt2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ground black pepperVegetable oil (for frying) Place onions in food processor.  Using On/Off switch, chop.  Transfer onions to large bowl.  Using the grating blade, grate the potatoes
